Registration Information

Our policy is to admit patients, assign accommodations and provide treatment without regard to race, color, national origin, religious creed or disability. We have made every effort to provide you with the accommodations you requested. However, if we were unable to fill your request at the time of admission or if you would like to transfer to another room during your stay, please tell your nurse. Arrangements will be made to honor your request as your preferred accommodations become available. Private room difference must be paid in advance.

We ask that you bring your drivers license, insurance cards, and drug insurance cards upon admission or pre-admission. This information is necessary to ensure prompt processing of your business records.

Nursing Care
Patient care is provided by a team of highly skilled, competent, and compassionate care givers. A Registered Nurse (RN), who is responsible for planning and organizing your care, will also supervise the care provided by a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) and a Patient Care Technician.

If you have any questions or concerns about your care, we encourage you to make them known to one of your care givers so that we may address them immediately. As always, you may direct your concerns to the Department Directors as well. It is the goal of the Nursing Division to provide you with the highest quality of care available.

Billing
During your stay a Financial Counselor will contact you concerning financial arrangements. Your patient portion of estimated charges is due at the time the service is rendered unless other arrangements are made. For your convenience, the Business Office is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Your personal physician or other physicians providing you with special services will bill you separately. Members of the medical staff are independent practitioners as well as those practitioners providing services such as Emergency Department Physicians, Cardiologists, Anesthesiologists, CRNA(TM)s, Pathologists and/or Radiologists. Independent laboratory and radiology service organizations will also bill you separately for reading and interpreting EKG's, X-rays, EEG's, and lab tests.
